Zak Waylen

Zak is Bravo’s Operations Manager. He is responsible for group’s BTR operations – The Quarters by Bravo – ensuring Bravo’s lean philosophy is executed across the portfolio

Zak started his hospitality and operational career working for the iconic luxurious Blakes Hotel in South Kensington by Anouska Hempel Design.

He has extensive experience in revenue management and is both (CRME) and (CHIA) certified. In 2016, Zak transitioned into asset management within a family office structure, representing private owners in partnership with various global brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Accor, and Radisson. He is responsible for driving central and regional operational teams to achieve their performance targets as well as enforcing a collaborative and holistic asset management approach.
