The former Wembley Point office building had a 39% occupancy level when we began an intensive asset management programme in April 2012. We immediately cut costs by 22% and in just 14 months increased occupancy levels to 88%, delivering an increase in operating profit of 169%.

Re-evaluating the property’s use led us to seek and obtain planning permission to convert the property into a 440-key residence, branded The Quarters Wembley.
