Shraga has over 30 years’ experience in property, finance, asset management and construction. Shraga is the co-founder of Bravo Investment House, which began its activities in Israel and later expanded to Eastern and Western Europe. Prior to this, Shraga was the CEO of A. S. Michelson Limited, one of the leading contractors in Israel that specialised in building infrastructure for private, institutional, and government sectors. He holds a BA in Economics.
Chief Executive Officer
Alon co-founded Bravo Investment House and has a 20-year track record of growing, transforming and enhancing the value of real estate in a wide range of situations and locations. Alon has extensive market knowledge and international experience in the finance and management of property within the hospitality sector. He holds an LL.B and a BA in Economics.
Chief Operations Officer
Co-founder of Bravo Management (UK) LTD, Roy has established and leads the Group’s turnaround and Operations arm. Roy revitalised distressed properties into healthy, stable and sustainable operations under The Quarters model. He is the father of the business which brings life to the Group’s portfolio. Roy’s methodologies and leadership cored The Quarters model and Prop-Tech. Graduated the Zelll entrepreneurship program, a certified Lawyer, holds LL.B and a BA, member of the Institute for Turnaround (MIfT), British Property Federation (MBPF) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Arul has over 20 years of management experience, including strategy, planning and auditing across many sectors. Arul joined Bravo Investment House in 2006; before that, he worked for several years as a company accountant within the manufacturing, retailing, auditing and construction industries. Arul holds a BSc degree in Mathematics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Grant has significant experience of dealing with distressed assets and special situations, having previously worked for CBRE within its receivership team. He holds a BA in Business Management, an MSc in Real Estate Development and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Jaclyn de Jesus
Business Development Manager
Jaclyn has extensive commercial experience, having worked in the banking, retail and hospitality industries in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. She joined Bravo in 2012 and develops property investment opportunities for the group. Jaclyn holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business, having majored in Finance and Chinese.
Business Executive & Human Resources Manager
Maia has over 10 years’ international experience of strategic development and managing internal change in a wide range of sectors, from investment banking to independent consultancies. She supports Bravo’s operations by advising on legislation and devising and implementing processes to best progress staff and the business. Maia holds a BA in Philosophical Studies and Japanese.
