Maia is in charge of Bravo’s People Development and HR departments. As a senior member of the Executive Team, Maia is integral for maintaining company culture and staff progression.

Maia has over 10 years’ experience in strategic development and managing internal change in a wide range of sectors, from investment banking to independent consultancies.

She supports Bravo’s operations by advising on legislation and devising and implementing processes to best support the business.
